Session Details ♡

Tuesdays 10:30am -2:30pm
Tobyhanna State Park – We will meet at the same place and adventure around.
Parents Stay. All Ages Welcome.
Nature-Based. Child-Led. Play-Centered.
We will be capping the group to maintain the sanctity of the nature spaces we will frequent, keep the group manageable, AND honor the bonds between children and adults.
Following the children’s lead and aligning our lives with the wheel of the year, we will learn through nature’s changes, leaning in and slowing down in the fall and winter while celebrating nature’s way of turning in, noting the outer and inner changes. Gaining energy and watching all come back to life during the spring. Springing forward with growth, determination, and rejuvenation, we will make plans to further ourselves in the new time ahead.
We are prepared to honor each child where they are academically, socially, and emotionally while providing the nurturing environment to learn and grow.
We will learn and connect with Mother Earth through her plant medicines, creating our own identifying books and wild crafted medicine, learning with the elements, AND SO MUCH MORE!
We will learn safety, understanding, and connection to the natural world around us as they are of the utmost importance also. A strong connection and deep understanding of nature or one’s ecological identity prepares the mind, body, and soul for lifelong adventures and connection to and with nature. After all, how can we care for something we have no connection with?
We will learn through community connection and conservation, AND we are so excited to build relationships within our community starting with teaming up with the state parks to veterans & the elderly and beyond.
The ultimate goal is to build a community for our children to connect, communicate, and grow with for years to come while being immersed in nature and learning to nurture the Earth, themselves, and others.
We are excited to have you join us!
